Nowadays, social media influences the lives of mostly young people all over the world. Additionally, the internet has a lot of information and can connect people from many places and welcome new cultures. However, they can have bad experiences associated with mental health.

The young have spent hours on social media and that can create anxiety, depression, and loneliness; following the day-to-day life of influential people can be bad for you. I used to spend hours of the day on the internet and today I try not to use it so much.

Personally, I bet that social media addiction is the evil of the century, as people show a non-real life, nonsense and without perspective.

Furthermore, they can expose violence or inappropriate content such as sex and drugs, because they make you mentally sick. Without a doubt, this is the biggest evil of the century.

From my point of view, one of Brazil's biggest problems is the lack of investment in basic education. According to the OECD, Brazil has been spending a lot of tax on undergraduate students and forget about primary school students. I know this question may be odd to some people, but it's the reason why some adults don't get good jobs. Perhaps you need an example to understand this thought. Have you ever met someone who, despite studying hard, didn't get a place at university? I know that sometimes they are bad students, but poor people have many worries to think about every day. This reduces the chances of improving education. So how can Brazilian politicians solve this issue? They don't want to. They need to keep creating cheap employees. It's a big a problem to discuss here, but I recommend a research about it.

In my opinion, weather modifications are the biggest challenges in the world currently. It is not difficult to understand that science is clear: human action is causing a significant increase in global temperature; that causes climate change and negative consequences for the environment and society, so this is not healthy for the world.

The change in temperature changes the habits the animals are used to, causing suffering. Altought this weather modification affect entire communities, human beings keep taking negative attitudes. t's woeful.

Natural Disasters, such as floods, wildfires, hurricanes and earthquakes (like the one that destroyed Turkey and Syria) are becoming more frequent and intense yet; and has been killing thousands of people. I used to see disasters like these when I was a kid.

However, it's time we took urgente action by reducing our greenhouse gas emissions and investing in renewable energy sources to protect our planet's future. In Addition, denying or ignoring climate change is irresponsible and will harm future generations. I would say that actions need to be taken immediately.

Global warming is a nature fenoum of nature. Normally this fenoum is because Earth moviment or others efects like Mirovithch cycles. But the current global warming not is natural, the men is the big responsible for this tragedic. Owing the man´ style life like car, eat meat, consumer and big industys . Some consequent are burned, increase level ocean, any citys will go sink in the ocean. Besides to, we have many people without food, water and houses. Now, we can already see people changing countrys or regions to search better something. I will hope we will can to change a time.

Capitalism is an Economic System based on wealth accumulation and private propriety of production assets. These assets can be lands, machines, and industrial installations.

There is currently in Brazil an ideological conflict between people who prefer the Capitalist Ideology and others who prefer the Socialist Ideology. Unfortunately, this has caused polarization between people. Both ideologies have positive and negative points but, Brazilian people do not respect each other's opinions.

From my perspective, the one most fitting in Brazil's social and economic reality is Capitalism since all your work effort belongs to you. Capitalism brings economic freedom and allows us to improve our quality of life. Furthermore, it allows us strengthening ideals such as freedom of expression (1), political freedom, and respect for property.

Although we are far from peaceful coexistence, I strongly believe that the next generation will find a way to coexist and fight for a better country.

The movement black lives matter not only was and yet is an important issue. Actually, it started by the afro-american people, against the racist in addition to the death of George Floyd during a protest in the USA, causing a bigger revolution around the world; however, it has faced a strong resistance from the cops. In the South region of the United States, where racism is more present, it used to be like this since the abolition of slavery, remembering the Martin Luther King fight, like the "I Have a Dream", and others spokespersons of the movement, even after all this, unfortunately, the inequality because skin tone continue happen. I'm positive that this generation can change all this.

Basic protective measures against the new coronavirus: wash your hands frequently, regularly and thoroughly, clean your hands with hand sanitizers or wash them with soap and water. Why? Washing your hands with soap and water or using a hand sanitizer kills viruses that may be on your hands. In addition, keep social distance; keep at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing. Why? When someone coughs or sneezes they spray small liquid droplets from their nose or mouth which may contain virus. If you are too close, you can breathe in the droplets, including the COVID-19 virus if the person coughing has the disease.

Despite this we have already started the vaccination that brought hope again.

I really think that we are close to returning to the normality of day to day life, however: We still need to take some precautions how to use the mask, covid 19 is the reason why 3 million people have died.

Today's society is going through one of the most dramatic moments of the last decades: presenting a coronavirus pandemic, which has already caused almost two hundred thousand deaths (20000)

However, the overcrowding of intensive care units due to this pandemic is a fact in most cities in the world: from New York to São Paulo without an ICU available, tens of thousands more people died from the simple impossibility of treatment, and the only proven measures peaked to prevent this from happening is just a social detachment and quarantine. Now I suppose that no one in their right mind or would sacrifice the lives of their loved ones to avoid a few years of recession.

From my point of view, racism is a very complicated subject, for all people think that anything nowadays is racism, so the population has been very radical about it. We have to be very careful for no be "canceled" in the internet, because unfortunaly the world is very boring with this kind of thing, although unfortunately racism is very present in everyday life, yet it is not something that we can expose as racism, only in extreme cases such as: injuries, aggressions, exclusions, and etc.

The most recent case that i remember was joao of Big Brother Brasil, that in my honest opinion it was not racism, but everyone has their opinion, as people are so used to supposed cases of racism, which are not really racism, there will come a day that when it is really racism, people will not believe it, just like the story of "pedro e o lobo", nevertheless, we should keep an eye out because racism is a serious thing and not a joke.

Abortion has been a hot topic in recent years, and I wanna talk about it here.

In my humble opinion, abortion should be legal, because in my point of view, if a woman really have the wish to abort, she will abort on the legal or the illegal way. If abortion were allowed, many women wouldn't die because of a failure at the illegal abortion. On the other hand, the abortion counts would increase. That's a fact.

A woman that is used to have sexual relationships usually, would abort every time she does it. And looking like that, it should have a maximum, like 5 times as an example. A good way to stop frauds is a conexion on every hospital computer that would: connect and mark the people that already done the process more than 5 times; and work with a facial recognizer, that would help a lot the physicians.

Since the ’90s, information and communication technology has changed rapidly, with the emerge of new social media. The pace of change is accelerating, and it accelerates each day and each minute.

For example, the development of mobile technology has played an essential role in shaping the impact of social media. Across the globe, mobile devices dominate in terms of total minutes spent online. They put the means to connect anywhere, at any time on any device in everyone’s hands.

Nevertheless, this has a price. Many tools and apps that were created to make people closer had the opposite effect, and with each passing day, they get lonelier.

In my humble opinion, the effects of social media are dangerous and can bring up some consequences, like the time we spend on it and how we use it, especially among teenagers; moreover, social media may promote negative experiences such as isolation, depression, toxic relationships, anxiety, cyberbullying and addiction.

That is why it is necessary to change some attitudes to improve our mental health and modify the social media use like: reducing time online; spending more time with offline friends and changing the focus that we put on online life.

in my opinion, everyone should respect the quarantine, many people think this disease is weak, but no, it is a pandemic disease,

because even if people say they are risking their lives, they are risking innocent people who are also going out of necessity, and we cannot underestimate this disease because it kills 1,000 people a day so it is one of the most serious diseases in the world, but I believe that in December there will be a cure.

As well as some movements that fought against racism in the USA the Black lives matter movement started 7 years ago on 13th July 2013 after Trayvon Martin a black man was murdered by a Hispanic neighbourhood watch coordinator.

Different from some white Americans and some Brazilians, the Black lives matter is not about only black lives matter; it is about how black people suffer and are killed just for the colour of their skin. Unfortunately, some privileged people used to care more about themselves than minorities like Michael Jackson's song: They don’t really care about us.

In my opinion as a black young woman it is a shame that in 2020, people have the same mind of colonizers thinking that there are white supremacy and people are killed because of the colour of their skin.

My impression is that religion is a belief based around a God; in which believers form their conduct and thoughts around this belief, often a culture is formed around each religion and an influence on society. Unfortunately, discrimination because of a religion sometimes creates a conflict between people who do not 'fit' with the religion. This is a delicate subject where I am not sure how to speak more than has already been said.

This year the disease known as Covid-19 has entered our lives without asking for permission, and it is of extreme importance that people respect the 'Quarantine'. However, in Brazil a lot of people didn't respect this reclusion law, resulting in the numbers of casualties rising up every day on the passage of time in 2020.

In order for this number to stop increasing it's necessary to instruct people on how to conduct themselves when they have to go outside: on how to properly use a protection mask, what the proper distance is that people should stay away from each other, how to properly hygienize the products they have contact with, also properly cleaning one's own hands for a better protection.

My honest opnion is that staying in seclusion now for the sake of leading a way to a proper future where people can be healthy and meet with their friends and family again would be a splendid attitude a citizen could use on this crisis.
